Creator Spirit (Veni Creator Spiritus) is a new hymn by Graham Kendrick written and recorded during the Covid-19 lockdown period in the UK.
The verse words are inspired by a ninth-century Latin hymn text "Veni, Creator Spiritus".
It's a song for Pentecost but relevant at any time of the year, seeking the blessings of the Holy Spirit.
This recording is a demo featuring Bethan Walker and Graham on vocals, recorded and arranged by Mark Edwards in May 2020.
